Demeter is a five-piece, indie rock band from Brooklyn, NY. In August 2020, they released their debut EP The Year Of Goodbye to positive reviews and international attention. Feminine, heavy, and choral - their songs are poetry-focused and infused with multiple genres.

Demeter is comprised of songwriter/musician Kate Rivera, guitarist Ian McNally, drummer John Mason, bassist Daniel Bloch, and keyboardist/vocalist Tim Bustle.
